In case the user orders the wrong product, it will not be treated as a defective product.
For Cancellations please contact us via email or call. Requests received after the manufacturing and shipping of the product will be treated as invalid cancellation.
In case any user receives a defective product we can provide a refund. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway payments refund will be made to the same account. All refunds or product returns or exchange must be requested within 24 hours of receiving the product.
